The Prevention™ Worker’s Belt is recommended to reduce the risks of lower back pain due to sprains, lumbago or muscle spasms. It may also be used to improve posture. Wearing the PREVENTION™ worker’s belt does not interfere with muscle contraction.

To determine proper size, measure the circumference of the hips at the navel level. If the result is between two sizes, choose the largest.
Unroll the belt, and position it on your lumbar arch. Keeping sides in your hands, bring left hand toward your abdomen and hold. Stretch the right side of the belt and attach the Velcro® band. Flexible stays provide support and prevent the belt from rolling up. Attach the belt (step 1) before fastening the two straps (step 2).
Wash by hand with mild soap and air-dry.
Unless followed by a professional, we always recommend wearing the lumbar support intermittently to prevent the weakening of muscles (remove the support few hours every day).
