Adjustment

  1. Install the pelvic belt, the part with the slots on the back of the chair and the part with the label FORMEDICA® on the seat.
  2. Place the patient in the wheelchair or in the geriatric chair.
  3. Raise the front of the belt.
  4. Insert the belt forward in the slot in the rear part of the belt.
  5. Wrap the front straps around the armrests of the chair or the back of geriatric chair.
  6. Fasten securely and ensure that the ends do not reduce or impede the movement of the person’s chair. Let the thickness of a hand between the waist of the patient and the contention.
  7. Ensure that the patient is in a comfortable position. Check the condition of the skin at the groin regularly.
