To determine proper size, measure the circumference of the ankle. If the result is between two sizes, choose the largest.
Adjustment
Put on the foot (step 1). Wrap around the ankle, and adjust tension by attaching the Velcro® strap properly (step 2).
Cleaning
Wash by hand with mild soap and air-dry.
