How to adjust a cane

Place the cane on the opposite side of the injured leg.
It reduces the weight carried by the injured or weak leg while keeping a natural gait.
Keep the body straight, shoulders relaxed.
The tip should be at 6 “(15 cm) from the foot.
The handle should be aligned with the wrist crease.
