How to use:

• Fill bag two thirds full with cold water, crushed
ice or ice cubes.
• Screw cap onto bag.
• Test for leakage by turning bag upside down
and pressing firmly.
• Apply to the desired area by periods of
10 to 15 minutes.

Maintenance:

After using, drain and air dry bag before
replacing cap. Store product in a dry place,
away from sunlight.
